Wtf?! Every time I see this post, it bothers me, and not just because of the completely terrifying facts listed above. Look at this picture. She looks like a normal woman. Look again: when you actually look, you can tell she’s been touched up in photoshop. Her skin tone, not taking into account highlights and shadows, is completely even. She has absolutely no body hair. These are things we’ve just become so accustomed to that we don’t even notice them in a thing about how unattainable “perfection” is. This woman, who is in a campaign about how ridiculous something like that is, has been changed to make her a kind of perfect that I doubt anybody actually is.
